We collect information you provide directly to us when you sign up for the waitlist, create an account, or contact us for support. This includes your email address, name, and company affiliation. When you use our platform, we automatically collect usage data including API call logs, latency metrics, and error reports — used solely to operate and improve the service.

We use collected information to operate and maintain the dnawerkes platform, process and respond to your requests, send transactional and service-related communications, monitor platform performance and security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Log data is retained for 90 days for debugging purposes. Upon account deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access controls, and regular third-party security audits. API keys are hashed and never stored in plaintext. We maintain an incident response program and will notify affected users within 72 hours of a confirmed data breach.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@dnawerkes.ai. We will respond within 30 days. Users in the EEA and UK may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain sessions and prevent fraud. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Analytics are performed using privacy-preserving, server-side instrumentation with no external scripts loaded on the user's browser.
