Terms of Service

By accessing or using the dnawerkes.ai platform, API, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all users, including individuals, organizations, and automated systems accessing the API.

dnawerkes.ai provides AI infrastructure services including agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and vector memory management. The platform is provided on an as-is basis during the current beta period. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change with notice.

API usage is subject to rate limits as documented in the API Reference. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling. Automated abuse, systematic probing, or attempts to circumvent rate limits are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension. Commercial use requires a paid plan.

You retain ownership of all data, prompts, and outputs you generate using the platform. dnawerkes.ai retains ownership of the platform, models, infrastructure, and all proprietary technology. Research publications produced by dnawerkes.ai are released under CC BY 4.0 unless otherwise noted.

You may not use dnawerkes.ai to generate content that violates applicable laws, to conduct or facilitate cyberattacks, to train competing models without explicit written permission, to misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored in deceptive contexts, or to violate the rights of third parties.

The platform is provided without warranties of any kind. dnawerkes.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability — these limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data export requests must be submitted before account deletion; we provide a 30-day window post-termination to download your data.
